Terms & Conditions

cancellation:
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event

Cashless:

Please note that we operate a fully cashless system at The Lost Close. We do not accept cash payments. Make sure to bring a valid debit or credit card on the day of your tour.

Arrival / Late arrival:

We ask all guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tour time. The Lost Close reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors arriving after their scheduled tour time – if you arrive more than 15 minuets late to your booking, you will not be admitted.

No-shows: 

The Lost Close retains absolute discretion as to whether visitors who do not arrive for their tour will be charged. Standard fees for no-shows are 100% of the booking.

Children:

 We do not accept any children under the age of 18 on our alcohol-based tours.

Translator: 

Any groups wishing to bring a translator will be required to book a private tour. To book a private tour – please contact us at info@lostclose.com

Photography: 

Photography is encouraged at The Lost Close

Challenge 25:

Our team practise the Challenge 25 policy whereby they are required to ask for identification if you look under 25. Please bring identification with you. If you do not have identification and cannot verify your age, we have a legal requirement to not serve you alcohol

Stag/Hen Groups:

If you are looking to book something special for your stag or hen, please let us know in advance so that we can build you a bespoke package. Contact info@lostclose.com
